Priority dispatch

Request Service

Pick your day and dispatch confirms the time by phone or text. You get the technician's name and an appointment hour, not an open-ended wait.

The next step

What happens after you book

01

Describe the problem

Call dispatch or send the form. Give the brand, the model number off the rating plate if it is within reach, and a line or two about what changed. That is enough to route the right technician with the right components aboard.

02

The technician diagnoses on site

He arrives in the window agreed with dispatch, protects the floor and the cabinetry, and puts instruments on the appliance. Which component failed, and why, is explained to you at the machine in plain language.

03

You approve the price

One price covers the parts and the labor, and it does not change after you accept it. Most repairs are completed on that visit, and the warranty document is left with you.

Booking Takes About a Minute

Give us the appliance, the brand and a plain account of how it has been behaving. Add the model number too, if the rating plate is within arm’s reach. Choose a day, and the office confirms a set appointment time by phone or text instead of handing you half a day to wait through.

Hours and Priority

Someone answers here between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, weekends included, and the earlier in the morning you reach us the more of that day is still unspoken for. Refrigeration losing temperature and anything putting water onto a floor move up the board, because delay makes each of them more expensive. Same-day service is often available for Valley addresses; a Westside call depends on how Coldwater and the pass are running when a van comes free.

Integrated and Panel-Ready Units

Tell us at the time of booking if the appliance is built in, wears a custom panel or sits under a counter. That single detail settles what rides out on the van, glides and blankets included, and it is the usual reason a job closes on the first visit.

What You Will Pay

If the number is what you want first, opening figures for common repairs sit on the pricing page. The service call charge is named in the same conversation that fixes your appointment, and it is credited back the moment you tell us to proceed. What the repair itself costs is agreed once the diagnosis is done, and nothing is taken apart before you have accepted it.

Easier to explain out loud

Describing a machine out loud usually beats typing it. Call dispatch, talk it through, and now and then the problem is settled right there on the phone at no charge.

Worth having to hand

Three things that shorten the visit

The model number

The rating plate is usually inside the door opening, behind the toe kick, or along a drawer slide. Quote it to the dispatcher and the correct part can be loaded before the van leaves.

A description of the behavior

A line like "freezer is holding, refrigerator side has gone warm" narrows the diagnosis far more than "it stopped working". Note any code showing on the display as well.

Clear access

Built-ins and stacked laundry need to be pulled out before any work can start. Clear the floor in front of the unit and the technician can begin on arrival.

Need it looked at today?

Calls placed before noon are normally scheduled the same day. There is no surcharge for evenings or weekends.
