Universal Appliance Repair runs out of Sherman Oaks as a general appliance service company: eight categories of machine, twenty-four brands, eleven towns, and a call answered by a dispatcher on all seven days. Refrigeration and laundry, mainstream and professional, freestanding units and equipment built permanently into a cabinet run.
The Territory
Sherman Oaks was chosen for its interchange. The 101 gives us the Valley floor east to Toluca Lake and Burbank, west to Encino, Woodland Hills and Calabasas. The 405 and the canyon roads give us Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Beverly Grove. The two halves need different handling: the Valley cooks through the summer and drives refrigeration work, while the Westside sits under marine layer and produces far more apartment and condominium equipment. Routing gets planned around both.
The Visit
An appointment is a stated hour, confirmed by text, with a call before the technician leaves his previous stop. Flooring gets covered first.
