Appliance Brands We Repair

Twenty-four nameplates, from mainstream laundry through professional ranges to integrated refrigeration columns.

A badge on the door tells a technician more than the category of appliance ever will. Every manufacturer builds to its own logic, and that logic decides which assembly gives way first.

The pages below take each maker in turn: how it engineers its equipment, which components have a record of going, and what tends to sit behind the trouble when they do. Arriving with that already in hand is what separates a diagnosis from a shopping list. Our technicians hold manufacturer training on the platforms they open, and no refrigerant circuit is entered by anyone lacking EPA Section 608 certification.

Nameplates start to matter financially at the parts counter. Where a manufacturer still supplies a component, that is the component fitted. Where a component is no longer produced, you are told that before anything is ordered, along with what the working substitute actually is, and everything fitted to your machine is written down by name and number.
