Scope and access drive these numbers, so we agree them with whoever runs the property before a technician is sent. Buildings that need us regularly can put a standing arrangement in place.

What every completed repair includes

If it is not right, we come back

Call the office if the appliance is still not behaving after we have left. A technician returns and settles it.

Insured and background-checked

Every technician sent to an address holds liability insurance and a completed background check, and those details appear on your paperwork.

Thirty days, documented

Thirty days of coverage on the installed component and on the work of installing it, set out on the invoice you keep.

Priority for equipment that is down

A refrigerator losing temperature or a machine putting water on the floor goes to the top of the board ahead of jobs that can safely wait. Call early and dispatch has the most room to work with.

The Service Call Charge and How It Comes Back

Diagnosis is labor. A technician drives to your address, spends time with the machine, and applies training and instruments to establish what has actually gone wrong. That is billed as a service call, and the amount is on the table during the booking conversation. Authorize the repair and the whole of it is credited to the job, which leaves an accurate diagnosis costing nothing at all to anyone who proceeds. Stop there instead, and the visit is the entire bill.

How to Read the Published Figures

Everything listed is a starting point, not a quote. The ranges come from repairs finished in these eleven towns, arranged per machine and per problem reported. Where your own job lands turns on three variables – which brand, which component, and how much work the access takes – and it is agreed as one price for the completed repair once a technician has diagnosed the unit in person.

What Pushes a Price Up

  • Installation type. A freestanding machine rolls out. A column bolted into a cabinet run has to be emptied, unfastened, walked out on glides and then reset square to its neighbors. Hours rather than minutes, and the price says so.
  • Brand. Components for European and professional equipment cost more at the counter, and a number of them ship only against an order.
  • Component. Two repairs can absorb the same afternoon and finish hundreds of dollars apart, because one needed a thermostat and the other needed a board.
  • Where the machine sits. A laundry pair stacked in a Beverly Grove closet, a cooktop dropped into stone, an ice machine under a bar: reaching the failed component is its own line of work.
  • Refrigerant. Sealed circuits mean recovery gear, gauges and EPA Section 608 certification on the technician doing the work, and that work prices separately from an ordinary component swap.

When Replacing Beats Repairing

Run the numbers on an integrated refrigerator and the appliance is only the first line. Cabinetry was built around the exact carcass you own, so a different one brings in a cabinetmaker, a delivery crew and a kitchen out of use for a week. Against that, a board or a fan motor is trivial, and repairing wins almost every time. Freestanding equipment argues the other way. Once a quote on an aging machine starts approaching what an equivalent new one sells for, we say so and let you spend the money where it does more good.

The One Fixed Point

Whatever figure you approved is the figure. No extra labor turns up at the end, no component goes in that you did not agree to, and where a machine is hiding a second problem the technician stops and telephones rather than deciding for you.

Send a technician out

Call in the morning and dispatch looks hard for a slot today. You get a set appointment time, and one repair price once the appliance has been diagnosed.

Book your appointment

Pick a day, and dispatch will fix the hour with you. A minute to submit, then a confirmation by phone or text.
