Cover is only as good as its wording, so the wording is here. Read it before you book, not after something has gone wrong.

Components

Every part supplied and installed by us is warranted for thirty days from the repair date. Where the maker of that part warrants it for longer, the longer term applies. A covered component that quits inside the term is replaced, labor included, at no cost to you.

The warranty attaches to the specific part fitted. It does not follow a different one that fails afterward, and it does not answer for misuse, for a surge on the supply, or by anyone altering the installation once our technician has left.

Labor

Thirty days on the workmanship, on every job. Should the original trouble show up again inside that window, a technician returns and the visit costs nothing.

Rentals and Shared Buildings

Equipment in a rental unit or a multi-family building carries the same thirty days on parts and thirty on labor as a household machine. Machines in that duty cycle run several times the hours a family kitchen puts on them, and pricing longer cover into every household repair would be unfair to households.

Built-In Equipment

Integrated units get everything above plus one commitment about the cabinetry. Shim positions and reveal measurements are noted before the appliance leaves its opening, and restoring them is part of the repair, not an add-on. A door line that does not match when we finish is ours to come back and correct.

Not Covered

  • Machines we have not worked on, and work carried out by other companies.
  • Rodent damage, flooding, electrical surges, and operation outside the conditions the manufacturer rates.
  • Consumables and cosmetics: belts, bulbs, filters, gaskets, trim.
  • A new and unrelated problem appearing after a completed job.
  • Appliances we advised against repairing at the time.

How to Claim

Call (818) 000-0000 with the invoice or the job number to hand. Warranty visits are scheduled during regular hours, and the claim has to come from the customer named on the original paperwork.

Send a technician out

Call in the morning and dispatch looks hard for a slot today. You get a set appointment time, and one repair price once the appliance has been diagnosed.

Book your appointment

Pick a day, and dispatch will fix the hour with you. A minute to submit, then a confirmation by phone or text.
