Appliance Parts
Genuine components for every brand on our routes, ordered against a job or bought at the counter.
The parts room here was built to keep our own vans loaded. Selling across the counter came later, once enough people asked. Either way the component you leave with is the one a technician would have pulled for the same repair.
On the Shelf, and On Order
Stock covers what actually fails: belts, drain and circulation pumps, fan motors for evaporators and condensers, igniters and spark modules, thermostats and thermistors, defrost heaters, door seals, water inlet valves, and boards for the brands that come up most. Anything destined for a refrigeration column, a wine cabinet, an undercounter ice machine or a plumbed coffee system is normally ordered against the specific serial number, because interchangeability across those lines is poor.
The Model Number Is the Question
Brand alone narrows almost nothing. Two refrigerators sold in the same showroom in the same year can take different fan motors, and only the model number separates them. Rating plates hide along a door jamb, under a kick panel, behind a crisper drawer, or on the cabinet back. A photograph is enough for us to work from.
Delivery Times Up Front
Mainstream components move quickly. European and professional parts can take a good deal longer, and occasionally a supplier quotes a date worth doubting. You get the realistic wait before you pay, not after.
Check Before Ordering
If you are not certain which component is at issue, call and describe what the machine does. Five minutes on the phone separating a thermistor from a board is cheaper than a special-order box nobody can take back. Where a manufacturer has stopped making a part outright, you hear that before ordering, along with an honest read on what the substitutes are worth.
Send a technician out
