Appliance Installation
Fitting and connection for appliances bought anywhere, integrated, panel-ready and undercounter work included.
Installation errors account for a real share of the repair calls we take. A dishwasher whose drain hose was never looped. A refrigerator shoved back so tight the condenser cannot breathe. A door hung on factory spring tension under a custom panel it was never rated to carry. None of that is an appliance problem, and all of it costs more to live with than it would have cost to do properly.
Included in Every Fitting
- Disconnection, removal and disposal of the outgoing machine.
- Level set, and the door or drawer face aligned to the cabinetry either side of it.
- Water, drain and gas connections made and pressure-checked one at a time.
- A complete operating cycle run out and watched before the technician leaves.
- Panel hardware tensioned to the real mass of the door front, measured rather than assumed.
Integrated and Panel-Ready
Millwork gets built to one appliance’s dimensions. Replacing that appliance therefore begins with a tape measure and a specification sheet, not with a delivery date. Hinge side, carcass depth, toe-kick height and reveal all get compared against the opening you actually have, and any discrepancy is raised while the order can still be changed for free.
Undercounter and Bar Units
Of everything we fit, ice machines and wine cabinets go wrong through installation more often than anything else, because both reject heat into a space the cabinet builder sealed. Manufacturer clearances are honored, drain lines get real slope, and a wine cabinet is brought to setpoint and verified before the job is closed out.
Gas
Manifold leak-tested, every burner lit and observed, before anything is signed off. That step is not negotiable, and it carries extra weight in the pre-war housing around Toluca Lake and Beverly Grove, where the line behind a modern range may be original to the building.
Wherever You Bought It
Retailer, warehouse club, online, or a unit that came with the house: it makes no difference here. We install to the manufacturer’s written specification, because that specification is what a warranty department will measure your claim against three years from now.
